A Lottie is a JSON-based animation file format that enables designers to ship animations on any platform – web, iOS, Android etc. They are small files that work on any device and can scale up or down without pixelation. I'm using Figma to design the icons/illustrations then export them to After Effects where I create all the animations and then shipping the final file to the Lottie service which exports the json or gif file to hand over to the developers.
