When working in a large corporation like Ørsted, it's often hard to get wild and crazy when designing different parts of the digital platform. You'll get caught by bureaucracy, stakeholders, the branding department and managers who does not agree with your perception. But thats part of the game in these organisations, so thank god for Labs.
My role: Research, UX Design & UI Design
Basically you'll want to find a theme for the redesign, then you define a scope e.g. a user journey, lastly you set an optimistic time frame. For this redesign the overall idea was to make the UI more light and current, by playing with opacities, shadows, new illustrations and rethinking the UX.
